Free pick up available at our studio in Nordby / Fanø.
All orders are processed within 7 days and shipped via GLS from FANØ, Denmark. You'll receive a tracking number and email updates with order and delivery info.
Shipping costs:
- Denmark: 60 DKK / €10
- International: 115 DKK / €20
If your country isn't listed at checkout, email us at contact@rigmorceramics.com for a quote. Once shipped, your local postal service or customs take over.
Pick-Up Points:
If you're often unavailable during delivery hours, request delivery to a nearby pick-up point at checkout to reduce risk of damage.
Duties & taxes:
We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Any return shipping, customs fees, or taxes for rejected packages are the customer's responsibility.
Product prices include tax but exclude shipping. Shipping cost depends on item, and weight, and will be calculated at checkout.
