Refunds will be issued if the item is damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged piece, please keep the original packaging and take pictures of it and the piece.
However, I make sure to pack my products as securely as I possibly can.
If the shipping option is not chosen correctly for shipping ceramics, or there is insufficient information in the shipping details, I will contact the client to solve an issue. If the client does not answer my emails or requests within 72 hours, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
